Harefield Hospital ITU Tour

On Thursday 27 April Pierce Ryan Managing Director of Russell Cawberry Limited was pleased to assist the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Hospitals Charity in hosting a hard hat tour for Hilingdon Mayor Cllr John Hensley and 60 Harefield Hospital staff and past patients.

The £6.5 million new build scheme is part funded through charitable donations from events arranged by the charity and the tour followed by a dinner was arranged to celebrate reaching £1 million raised which means the charity is just £100,000 away from their target contribution.

The ICU is being built by Russell Cawberry in conjunction with a new MRI and CT scanning unit within the grounds of the busy hospital and adjacent to the current operational ICU unit.

As well as new patient rooms and the scanner centre, the final building will include a new sun therapy terrace and a landscaped garden where we will plant 12 new mature trees.

Russell Cawberry is pleased to have been able to assist in the sponsorship of events organised by the charity to support their fund raising efforts and provided hard hats and Hi Vis vests for all of the visitors attending the tour.
