Russell Cawberry is currently on site refurbishing Solar House for our client St Barnabas Parochial Church.
Solar House, located on the A1000 in Finchley, has remained part occupied as offices whilst we carry out the reconfiguration of all unoccupied floors in the south and rear wings to provide accommodation for use by the church for worship and as a hub for the local community.
The £1.35 million project includes the installation of a passenger lift and new kitchen as well as redecoration and the installation of new mechanical and electrical services.
The scheme recently was awarded a "Certificate of Compliance" by the Considerate Constructors Scheme
