Summary

St John’s is a Grade II listed building. We have delivered a range of conversion and alteration services for this client comprising demolitions, structural alterations and the subsequent fit out and installation of mechanical and electrical, (including interactive whiteboards) drainage and external works.

The final project created a new Lower School Day House which housed teaching spaces, changing rooms, showers and WC facilities, break out areas and refurbishment of all corridor areas.

We are pleased to have recently handed over Phase II of the refurbishment of Hamilton House which was awarded through negotiation with the client. This phase of the works was carried out throughout the Summer 2017 holiday period and handed over in time for the pupils to return for the Autumn term.
