Our people are our asset. We employ an experienced team of construction professionals most of whom have worked for Russell Cawberry for many years.
We also benefit from a substantial workforce of directly employed, skilled tradesmen as well as in-house capability for mechanical and electrical services and ceilings and partitions. Arnots our sister company, provide painting and decorating services. We have a small works division set up specifically to be able to react to our customers needs.
All of this allows us to add value and deliver for our clients.

The directors are involved in the day to day management of our projects. This means decision making is proactive and quick. Projects are delivered on time and within budget. Loyal staff and an established client base mean we are able to provide a consistent and cohesive approach to project delivery.
Our approach involves managing every aspect of the construction process. At tender stage, our estimating team provides a high level of value engineering through our supply chain without compromising quality and ensuring best value. We work closely with partnered designers, consultants, client and novated teams to deliver schemes in a sustainable manner. We build with consideration for the occupants, neighbours, and communities in which we work and nurture positive relationships along the way. Health and Safety, Sustainability and Quality are high on our agenda.
Our health and safety record is excellent with no reportable accidents during the last eight years. We make great efforts to segregate and recycle the majority of our waste and we seek to make continuous improvement through Customer Feedback and the setting of KPI’s.
