Considerate Constructing at Sloane Gardens

"An exceptional first impression was had when approaching and walking around the site!"   wrote the Considerate Constructor assessor following her first visit to our Sloane Gardens site.  The £2 million refurbishment project for Cadogan Estates involves the refurbishment of an existing townhouse over four floors and basement to create 5 luxury apartments.  The site achieved a score of 40 scoring 9's for Appearance and Environment.
