Value: £500,000

Summary

This design and build project required the construction to create an Alumni center at the eastern end of the campus. The works involve the removal and demolition of existing partitioning and internal fixtures and fittings followed by the supply and installation of internal steel beams, columns and ramps. The space was then fitted out with a range of glazed and acoustic partitions and screens to create meeting rooms, a new reception area and break out / café residual space.

The works took place whilst the surrounding areas remained fully operational and occupied in the heart of the busy Imperial College London campus.
