Summary

This project saw the external regeneration of this beautiful Georgian building set in front of the historic Newton garden in the grounds of the National Physical Laboratory. Works included the replacement of all of the sash windows on this grade 2 listed building. The works also included refurbishment of all of the original Georgian doors, extensive roof repairs and complete renewal of all the leadwork.

The project had already had an internal refurbishment so our dedicated team had to work closely with the client team to ensure the research and office staff were not adversely affected by our works.

The building had a full scaffold and was completed whilst the building remained live.
