Summary

The project required the alteration, extension and complete refurbishment of the existing accommodation to form a ground floor and basement flat including renewal of all mechanical and electrical services. In addition, we installed a new staircase and other contemporary features alongside the traditional features of this attractive building within the Hans Town conservation area.
