Summary

Located within a busy high street location on the Kings Road, Russell Cawberry is undertaking the refurbishment of the Grade II listed building to create retail space at ground floor and basement level with high spec residential above. 

The project is registered with the Considerate Constructors scheme and we are delighted to have achieved Performance Beyond Compliance.  We are working hard to integrate with the local community surrounding the site including businesses, shop owners and residents. 

For example:  Before we commenced on site, our team constructed a temporary flower store for the florist next door as the scaffolding restricted access to his original store.  We also re-scheduled some planned weekend work to avoid Mothers Day (one of the florists busiest days of the year) and therefore prevent any potential loss of trade.
