The works comprised the complete refurbishment and structural alterations to the existing Grade II listed building in the heart of the busy and vibrant Kings Road to create retail at basement and ground level and high specification residential above.
The completed project provides Cadogan Estates with two apartments for private rent and three commercial units. The scheme which completed in April 2018 is surrounded by both commercial and residential occupied buildings. It was an important element for our Client to register the scheme with the Considerate Constructors and we were delighted to achieve Performance Beyond Compliance which was also a requirement for the building to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating. We are now on site for a further project for this Client at Sloane Gardens.
