Manor Park is situated on the University of Surrey student campus in Guildford.
This project included the refurbishment of 288 standard student bedrooms, associated kitchens and corridors, refreshing the external brickwork, the post room and surrounding breakout areas. In addition we also refurbished 11 luxury student bedrooms.
The project had to be completed in the nine week summer break. All works were completed on-time and on-budget without snags.
