This project saw the refurbishment of the front elevations and circulation areas including entrance hallways and stairs to these historic grade 2 listed multiple occupancy residences in Gloucester Place and Montagu Place.
The works included new marble entrance steps, flooring throughout, plastering and painting as well as repairs and modifications to bespoke joinery items.
All the works were handed over on time and to the clients exacting standards.
