This fast-track project saw the strip out of the first floor of the building to form a large open plan flexible workspace as well as dedicated breakout and food preparation area.The open plan area had four removable/adaptable acoustic walls installed enabling the space to be set-up in a variety of combinations to suit the seminar needs of the hospital. The mechanical ventilation and electrics were completely replaced and upgraded to further aid the adaptability of the area.
