Summary
We were delighted to return to North Downs Specialist Referrals in Surrey to deliver our second project for this client. The project involved the stripping back to shell and core part of what was originally an old dairy building and is now in use as a fully operational veterinary practice and small animal hospital. We provided improved insulation, raised concrete block walls, lead line partition walls, a steel mezzanine floor to house plant (fully designed by Russell Cawberry) , the formation of two theatres, cardiology rooms, a CT, and MRI Scanning suite, Xray room, kennel area/recovery ward and associated staff accommodation including canteen and offices. The client was delighted to receive the completed scheme on time and with minimal disruption to the daily operations of the busy facility.
