Summary

The project required the installation of an extension to the existing office building at the fourth-floor level within the busy and occupied campus of UCL. This included careful removal of a glass porch, installations of a new glass floor, installation of glass pods, extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades, alterations to handrails, internal fitting out and the installation of a new reception desk.  Logistically the works were extremely challenging, however, through careful planning and excellent project management we were able to deliver the scheme on time and within budget.
